Shipping & Returns

All sales are final. Store credit will only be issued if you received incorrect or defective merchandise. In the case of a return due to incorrect or defective item(s), please email us at within 2 days of the delivery date of the item(s) so that we may provide you with a pre-paid return label. In the email please include your order number and photos of the defective or incorrect item(s) you’ve received. If 2 days have past since the delivery date, item(s) may not be returned. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains or smells, and still have all original tags attached to receive store credit. If there is indication of wear, we will send the item(s) back and charge your account with the shipping fees.

Items may only be exchanged to receive a different size. In the case of an exchange, please email us at within 2 days of the deliver date. In the email please include your order number, and the new size of the item(s) you would like to receive. If the size is available, we will provide you with a return address but you will be responsible for shipping fees. Please also email us your tracking number along with carrier so that we may confirm that the item(s) has arrived to our location. We will not send out the merchandise with the new size until we have received the original merchandise undamaged, unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, and with all original tags attached. If the new size you request is unavailable, we will issue store credit and free shipping on the next item you order.

Currently, we only ship to locations within the U.S. You will receive your order 1-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (United States Postal Service) and address the issue directly with them. BHG Boutique does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
BHG Boutique reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of return fraud
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, BHG Boutique reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. Non-BHG Boutique items sent to our location will be discarded upon receipt.
